Reflection

Julian and I went shopping a few days ago to get props and make-up that we didn't already have. These included: face paint, coloured lights (for a night club), plastic cups and extra party stuff, and some extra costumes/props including headphones and t-shirts. We have chosen the location of where we are going to shoot and the date that we are shooting these scenes. We have also organised who is playing which character and have gotten as many as our friends as possible to play extras and zombies. So far we have got: Peta, Tayla, Courtney and Matt to play the four main nerds and have around maybe 18ish or less extras to play party-goers/zombies. Even though, unfortunately, Hannah and Milly can't come to the filming days as they are borders and live far away, Julian and I are still taking care of things. Monday we start shooting zombie scenes and (hopefully) Wednesday we shoot the normal party-goers scenes. And then, if we have enough time, we can film the bedroom gaming scene, and then we would probably have to do the street scenes once we get back to school. The only reason we can only shoot this week from Monday to Wednesday is because Peta (playing the main nerd) and I have to go to SHEP for the rest of that week until school starts again. Even though we have a tight schedule, I think we have organised everything pretty well. I think it will be fun to start shooting and getting this over with now as we have a lot of complicated editing planned ahead.

Costume/Make-up Ideas

Julian (being the best drawer out of our group) helped us come up with some ideas of costume and make-up ideas by sketching some designs. On the left are some unfinished drawings of zombie scars and make-up that can be done. And on the right are some outfit ideas for the main four nerds, including props and other extra details (including who may be able to playing them).

Song Ideas

So far we have thought of three songs that might be a possibility for our music video:

• Eye of the Tiger
• T.N.T
• A little party won't kill nobody

We are going to listen to each of these songs and see which one would fit our storyline the best. Most of the group are kind of leaning towards T.N.T, but A little party won't kill nobody is a possibility as the lyrics fit the story and are some what ironic.
